Statement of Donation Rights

As the Turkey SMA Foundation, the donations are volunteers; We believe that giving and sharing increase our quality of life. We stand behind and support donation rights, as we give importance to NGOs and their projects to gain the trust and respect of the public, and that donors and potential donors make safe and smart donations. We acknowledge that all donations have the following rights.

1. Information about the mission and vision of the NGO, how the donation will be used, and its capacity and intention to use the donation efficiently in line with its purposes,
2. Getting information about the board of directors and executives and waiting for the managers to fulfill their duties prudently and prudently,
3. Access to up-to-date financial information,
4. Asking for a guarantee that the donation will be used for its intended purpose,
5. A proper thank you,
6. Demanding the confidentiality of their donations in accordance with the law,
7. Demanding that all the relations established by all employees representing the institution be at a professional level,
8. The volunteer of the donor; Knowing whether the client is an employee or just someone hired for this job,
9. Do not request that contact information be deleted from the lists if it will be shared with someone else,
10. While donating, he has the right to ask questions and to receive immediate, correct and clear answers.
