Medical Material Supports

Especially the type 1 group of Spinal Muscular Atrophy patients need medical devices and medical supplies to meet their basic needs such as breathing and nutrition due to the muscle atrophy they experience. While the reimbursement of some of the medical devices used by the patients is fully covered by the Social Security Institution, some of them are partially repaid and some are not.

As the Turkish SMA Foundation, while we continue our advocacy activities to ensure that patients have access to the best possible care and healthcare; We provide medical material support in line with the requests from the relatives of the patients.
