Türkiye SMA Foundation operates with an understanding that prioritizes equality of opportunity in health and education. The Foundation aims to ensure that SMA patients and their families benefit from equal opportunities in all areas of life, in addition to their health needs. In this regard, the "Future Support Education Scholarship Program" was launched in order to touch the lives of SMA patients, their siblings and children, and to support them in realizing their dreams. The program, which was launched 2 years ago, was implemented in order to prevent the financial disadvantages caused by the disease from negatively affecting their educational lives.
Thanks to the Future Support Education Scholarship Program, SMA patients and their families have the opportunity to build a stronger future by overcoming the obstacles they face in their educational lives.
Within the scope of the program initiated with the aim of not negatively affecting their educational lives due to the financial disadvantages brought by the disease; In addition to SMA patients who attend pre-school, primary school, secondary school, high school, undergraduate and postgraduate formal or home education, their siblings can also benefit from the scholarship.

Every year, Türkiye SMA Foundation determines the students who will be awarded scholarships and their scholarship amounts in August. The program started with 60 scholars in 2022 and continued with 84 scholars in 2023. Our aim is to provide scholarships to an increasing number of students every year.
