Apply for Education Scholarship

In order to join our scholarship recipients, who will be determined as a result of the interviews and visits to be held in 2023, by preparing the following documents, application form, scholarship commitment and scholarship petition, Batıkent Mahallesi, Geven Sokak No: 5 / B Tepebaşı / Eskişehir  by cargo. (You can provide shipment with Sürat Cargo against payment.)

Deadline for Application: April 7, 2023

All SMA patients who continue their education, their siblings and children can apply. For each application, the application file with all the documents must be prepared separately.

Scholarships are offered between September and June (10 months). No payment is made in other months.

Future Support Education Scholarship is non-refundable. No feedback is expected from the scholarship holder.

7. Domain and Other Address Document (For All Family Members)

 Can be obtained from E-Government.

8. Genetic Diagnosis Report of an Individual with SMA in Your Family

9. Back of an Individual with SMA in Your Family Photocopy of Identity Wallet

10. SGK Registration and Service Detail

 Can be obtained from E-Government.

11. Documents Showing the Financial Status of the Family:

- For Working Mother, Father;

Approved Payroll (Public Institutions Employees Can Get It From E-Government.)

- For Self-employed Parents;

Income Tax Returns Showing Recent Years / Corporate Tax Return Document; (Can be obtained from www.gib.gov.tr.)

- For Retirees;

Document Showing Monthly Salary

Can be obtained from E-Devlet.

Important Note: Approved Payslip for Mothers and Fathers who are Retired but Actively Working Should Also Be Added.

- For Mother and Father who do not work and have no income;

Certificate of Non-Registration in the Social Security Institution (4A / 4B / 4C Service Document and Social Security Registration Certificate)
