Hosted by TSRM Reproductive Genetics Special Interest Group on 23-24 September, Koç "Creating Awareness with Advanced Reproductive Technologies in Rare Diseases: From Screening to Diagnosis", which was held at the University of RMK Aimes and where we could obtain information from doctors who are experts in their fields. During the conference, while receiving information about the difficulties experienced in family planning in rare diseases, carrier screening, PGT methods and genome technologies in reproductive health, from doctors who are experts on genetic causes, how to prevent them, current situations in rare diseases and advancing reproductive technologies; Emphasizing once again the importance of carrier screening for SMA disease; We expressed our desire to expand the use of hospitals that offer free PGT for healthy pregnancy. dir="ltr">We would like to thank the TSRM: Reproductive Genetics Special Interest Group for the conference they organized and all our doctors who participated for their valuable information on reproduction in rare diseases.
