AS Türkiye SMA FOUNDATION, WE PARTICIPATED IN THE IEEPO 2024 INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE SHARING EVENT WITH PATIENT ORGANIZATIONS.

As the Turkish SMA Foundation, we participated in the "International Experience Sharing Event with Patient Organizations" held in Zurich, Switzerland, with more than 300 participants from 110 countries. At the event where we came together with various stakeholders from all over the world; 17 interactive breakout sessions, 2 panels and poster presentations were held.

Improving care standards with the use of evidence-based data at the International Experience Platform with Patient Organizations (IEEPO) meeting, which brings together stakeholders working on health technologies and services and encourages cooperation and information sharing, Studies were carried out on the creation of sustainable and accessible health systems, gender equality in access to health services, and prevention of discrimination and inequalities due to geographical reasons. As Turkey SMA Foundation, we shared our experiences in various sessions and exchanged information with other non-governmental organizations.
