WE PARTICIPATED IN THE 8TH INTERNATIONAL TREAT-NMD CONFERENCE

As the Turkish SMA Foundation, we participated in the "8th International TREAT-NMD Conference" organized by TREAT-NMD in Lisbon, Portugal, on 10-12 February 2026.

Representing our foundation in the organization. Ali Soyer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkey SMA Foundation, and Günay Soyer, Member of the Board of Directors of Turkey SMA Foundation, attended.

At the conference held by TREAT-NMD, Many topics on neuromuscular diseases were discussed in detail, including networking with partners on key issues and challenges in neuromuscular diseases, participation in informative international expert panels, current issues such as standards of care, patient registration systems and clinical trial field capacity. Our foundation attended these sessions and exchanged ideas with the stakeholders at the conference.
