SMA Europe, as the umbrella organization of SMA patient organizations, brings together key stakeholders internationally. Established with the approach that the voices of patients and families living with SMA can only be heard with effective representation, SMA Europe determines its members in accordance with this criterion. Today, 24 non-governmental organizations from 23 countries have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with all stakeholders at the European level through SMA Europe.
In the field of SMA; As two non-governmental organizations that operate to increase awareness in society, to ensure that all patients benefit equally from treatment opportunities and to increase their quality of life, we believe that our SMA Europe membership will empower us to fight effectively against the disease.
